Sagittal Tennis

Terms of Use & Privacy Notice

Draft version, last edited 2026-10-06.

Draft, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. It accurately describes what the product does with your data today, but it isn't a finished legal document, especially for footage of minors. Don't treat it as your only compliance step before a real academy trial.

What this tool does

You, or someone on your behalf, upload a video of a tennis serve or groundstroke. The tool tracks body movement and produces a camera-based technique report: an annotated video, a written breakdown and shareable images. It is not medical, coaching or injury-diagnosis advice. Treat every score as a conversation starter with a coach, not a verdict.

Who may submit footage

Uploading a video confirms you're authorised to submit it: you're the player, their parent or guardian, or a coach or academy staff member with the consent needed from the player (or their parent or guardian, if they're a minor). We rely on that confirmation. We don't independently verify parental consent for each video, and we don't market this tool to children.

What we collect, and why

How long we keep it

Uploaded videos and every file they produce (annotated video, report, images, data) are deleted automatically after 14 days. The original video you uploaded goes sooner: it's kept for 24 hours, only so you can correct the shots the analysis found, then deleted. If you're signed in to an account, a short summary of the session's scores stays in your history until you delete it or your account. The full video and report are still deleted after 14 days. If you mark a shot “Looks wrong?”, we keep that shot's scores and your note for as long as the report, to fix the analysis, then delete them with it.

If you agree to take part in a coach study, short clips of your shots, cropped to you and without sound, are shown to the study's coaches through private links. The clips are deleted within 90 days. The coaches' ratings are kept to report how well the scores agree with coaches, without your name.

Who can see a result

Each analysis gets a private link. Anyone with that exact link can view the result, so treat it like any private link and don't post it anywhere public.

Third parties

We don't sell your data and run no advertising trackers. If you sign in with Google, Google processes that sign-in under its own privacy policy. It never happens for an anonymous upload.

If you turn on emails, they're sent through our email provider, which uses your address only to deliver them.

When something breaks, an error report goes to Sentry, our error-monitoring provider, so we can fix it. Reports describe the software fault. They don't include your video, and are configured to exclude your IP address and cookies.

Your rights, and getting in touch

With an account, you can delete it yourself any time from My progress. That removes your account, player profiles, every saved report and their files immediately. You can also ask us to delete a result before its 14-day expiry, ask what we hold about you, or ask anything about this notice, using the contact below.
